The integration of Human values as per economic need is what we call is our strength & still we are in learning stage to develop this philosophy.

15th Dec 2010, Chandgad - Kolhapur, I witness a historic moment, Tasgaonkar Sugar Mills Ltd acquire Daulat GM Tech 2 Shetkari Sahakari Sakhar Karkhana Ltd for 25 years. Earlier due to bad financial condition Chairman of DSSSKL visited Tasgaonkar Group who run 10 Premium Education Institutes in Mumbai under the banner of Saraswati Education Society.After appraisal of return on investment, the group enter into an agreement.
As expected Tasgaonkar Team started the factory in just 15 days, which was a record in itself. The team comprasies of 5 management members from different verticals, Mr. Mahesh Kashid GM Tech 2  (CEO), Mr.Nagsen Kamble (GM Admin & Finance), Mr Mayur Kurade (Head HR),  Mr. Hemant Nage (Associate HR) & Mr. Sachin Awati (Associate HR).
In the speech of Ex-chairman of DSSSKL said ''the change is visible. Its for the first time in history of DSSSKL Harvesting machinary was more than 100%, it was for first that factory was started in 15 days after repairs & maintaince, its was for first time, that more than 1500 tons of sugarcane was in yard on first day of crushing, no doubt that Tasgaonkar Group will bring back the the golden days of DSSSKL again".
